Does anyone know where can I get wholesale or bulk silk flowers in Los Angeles or it’s surroundings? Know of any of the downtown alleys that sell them?

I don’t live in LA; but have you considered the Yellow pages or a WWW search?
You might also investigate decorators; theater props depts.; etc.
